Dear reader, I once again find myself winning the trifecta of shitty things for a Monday. I woke at 2:00am, so yes once again the insomnia is a present factor in my life, I am sick. There is some new bug going around here and not everyone goes to the pains I do,in the practice of proper hand washing techniques. It was the only A I got in med-school. Plus. I have a ton of shit to get off my desk.

On the plus side, I am still a sharp dresser and no one is in at work yet, so I am off to get a head start for the day. Until inspired and caught-up, I wish you the very best of weeks.
